Every breath that you take in, you take in 1022 atoms of the physical universe. And every breath that you breath out 1022 atoms of the physical universe. That means at the atomic level you are breathing out little bits of your heart, kidney, liver, eyes, skin et cetera. Technically speaking we are intimately sharing our organs with each other. (Walt Whitman: Every atom that belongs to you belongs to me as well.)
The most important time in your life is now, the most important person in your life is the one with whom you are now, the most important activity in your life is now in which you are involved now. The unknown will come to you since it is only in the present.
The present moment is the only moment that never ends. Circumstances and things around it might change but the present moment is timeless, transcendent and it is eternal.
Each of us is a unique strand in the intricate web of life here to make a contribution.
